“We loved our stay at Babhouse- cozy, comfortable and very chic! The village is in a wonderful location- the walk up to the Chapel (Chapel of Nossa Senhora de Lurdes) is beautiful- as is the fluvial park and the walk along the Douro. We celebrated my husbands 50th birthday here- it was a very memorable trip for both of us. The village is very pretty and everyone very friendly. There is a village shop (run by the wonderful and very helpful Tia / aunt Isabel) - and a bar (where we sat and enjoyed a glass of port after our walk). Everything was perfect for us, thank you, thank you very much. ”
